We are looking for someone to share our home with.

Our home is well located on the South Bank of River Aire. It is within 10 minutes walking distance from The Royal Armouries, 20 minutes from Leeds Trinity / Briggate; 10/15 minutes from John Lewis, Victoria Quarter, Kirgate, Leeds Market, Vicar Lane and the Bus Station and 25 minutes walk from Leeds train station. You will love our house - it is very spacious and comfortable and has a fantastic view of the River Aire. This is a double bedroom which is bright and modern, has its own shower room with toilet. The living room is airy, large light and comfortable. The living room has a balcony overlooking the river and has a comfy sofa, coffee table and internet TV. The living room is shared.
You will have full use of the kitchen and the bottom two floors.
All bills are included apart from the Council Tax towards which you will have to contribute.
We will require housing references from potential tenants and we will complete a credit check and sign a tenancy agreement.
