Double room with sociable creative housemate

One double bedroom available in a two bedroom house in the Hyde Park area of Leeds, one large shared bathroom used by only one other housemate.

House is a good size terrace with a nice living room and kitchen, and an open fireplace (great for the winter).

The kitchen is small but well equipped with a large fridge/freezer, a washer/dryer combo, and a gas range, and ample cupboard space.

The bedroom is a good sized light filled double fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, desk, and chair.

There is also a basement for storage should you need it.

Bills are not included but come to around £80 per month.

I am looking for someone who will get along and be sociable with the other housemate who is a 29-year-old professional female, who enjoys film nights and the occasional night out, and is really great and easy going.

I am leaving due to my job but we both consider this place a home and am looking for someone who wants the same.
