I will be moving out of this property on 1st of November and am looking for somebody to replace me.

This flat is located in Hyde Park just behind Leeds University Business School, so it’s very close to city centre. It’s also close to a bus stop and quite a few shops and takeaways. It’s an excellent place for professionals/couples. Students that are finishing up uni or already working might be allowed too, but that is up to the landlord.

The flat has access to a nice quiet garden that’s shared between 2 flats and is facing residential area. The flat also has white goods, such as: separate washing machine, fridge and freezer, microwave. There is also a hob and an oven.

Minimum contract length is 12 months. The rent includes water bill. Council tax band is A. Guarantor needed or alternatively you’d need to pay 2 rent payments in advance when you start.
