Affordable double room 10 mins walk Uni of Leeds

We are a group of three students from the University of Leeds that have a vacant place in a house in Hyde Park. The house is 15 Harold Walk, LS6 1PS Hyde Park, a four bedroom, three bathroom house, 10 mins walk from the University of Leeds. Its in the Hyde Park area, right next to the Brudenell Social Club. Your room would be £75 a week with no bills included. It's a double room, with a shared shower with 1 person and shared toilet with 2 people.

We have a washing machine and a living room with a SmartTV with Netflix, HBO and PS3. We are three students from Spain (19, male), Mexico (20, male) and Hungary (20, female) that are fairly relaxed. We would have to get the bills and wifi when the rest is settled, but we've estimated that all of it it would be around £10 per week per person.
