Large Double Room Available From June

fantastic double room in a lovely Victorian house. High ceilings, spacious rooms and garden for barbecues and stuff in the summer.

When its fully let there are five people in the house, but there is plenty of space. It has a large kitchen diner and separate living room, two full bathrooms plus a kitchenette and toilet on the top floor. There is also off road parking available for two cars at the rear of the house.

There are currently four other professionals living in the house. Richard is a chef/manager and has been living in the house for a good number of years. He also does the viewings for me. Lee is a video/film editor. Ben is a support worker and Sam is just moving in. He’s a mature student studying music technology at the college of music.

I live in the south west and work as a tree surgeon and musician. I'm not looking for short term lets (under six months) and, to be honest, I'd really prefer a professional or post grad who is a a bit older because they'd be a better fit with everyone in the house.

All bills apart from the broadband are included in the rent - £360 per room, per calendar month.
