Room available in 5 bed house for next year (July 2020/21). Somebody has dropped out of our 5 bedroom house and we need someone to take over the tenancy for next academic year. It’s a modern room with shared jack and Jill en-suite on the third floor of the house. Bills are £115 a week all inclusive (water, gas, electric, broadband, tv licence etc).
