En suite room available Hyde Park Leeds

Hello! We are 3 boys and a girl living in Hyde Park, Leeds, looking for someone to fill our spare room. The room is en suite with a walk in wardrobe, all bills, TV license, and private garden with side access are included. Our garden has a fire pit, blackberry bushes and an apple tree. We have a large TV with Netflix, Amazon prime, Disney +, and an Xbox One that we all share. The available room is at the back of the house overlooking the garden so it is quiet and pleasant.

The house is on Victoria road near Hyde Park Book Club, so it is safer from burglaries compared to further within Hyde Park, only a minute away from the shop, restaurants and cafes, and the bus stop. Ten minute walk from the Uni of Leeds campus through the park, and close to the city centre.

Our house is sensible and tidy but we love to have a laugh too and go to the pub, and we are a mixture of professionals and students. We like to cook meals together sometimes, have bbqs, and are vegan/vegetarian friendly as well. We are very much a family and will all do our best to include you straight away! Some of us are smokers but we do not smoke inside the house. We have parking in front of our house and space for a motorbike in our side alley.
