There are 4 other students that live in the house who are all very lovely, welcoming and friendly. We are a house that is up for going on a night out/partying but also love to chill and have movie nights etc.
The room is available now and the tenancy is until 30/06/2021. I will pay for January’s rent to whoever takes over the tenancy.
