=> Letting agent is Abode, very quick to communicate with me and the landlord.

I planned to stay in this studio apartment for another two years while I study in Leeds. But I met my partner last year and now we plan to move in together somewhere a little bigger in August. Hence I want to give up this flat on the 1st of August. There are no issues with this flat, kitchen works well and white goods work well too. Any problems I have encountered, it gets sorted out by the landlord the next day. He has replaced the fridge when it broke and fixed the washing machine when the electrics faulted. I really like my space here, living here is very comfortable. It’s a 10 minute walk to university through the park which never gets old as a nature lover. And very convenient.
