We are looking for 2 people to take over our new tenancy in Hyde Park, starting in July. As we've had to withdraw before the start of the tenancy, we're using the agency's photos.
It's a 2 bed back-to-back with generous rooms and pleasant furnishings. Rent is 455 pppm excluding bills. The lettings agency offer an all inclusive bills package through Huddle which is approx 136-140 pppm. I believe the current/previous tenants are using this still and it will automatically carry over.
Council tax is Band A.
