Loft room available to let in Hyde Park! I'm leaving due to a new job in Manchester. It's a lovely home with a communal kitchen, bathroom and living area. The room is a double and very spacious, recently painted and furnished.
Price includes all bills, not including council tax band B. There's ample on street parking and very close to both Headingley and the university campuses. The girls currently in the house are super friendly and we all enjoy wholesome activities, dinners together sometimes and nights in as well as the occasional pub trip or hike! The landlord is good and we have direct contact with him so any problems are always sorted quickly.
I'm looking for someone to take over the tenancy until end of June ideally, but will consider shorter lets. Preferably female and professionals, just message if interested:)
