Double Room, Hyde Park

I’m looking for someone to take over my room tenancy in July, the house is in Hyde park and is a 4 bedroom, the first picture is the room that would be yours. I’m unable to move in but, the house has 2 great girls and 1 guy who are very nice all 21 and doing masters in psychology, if you are interested please let me know it’s £79 pppw and with bills £23 pppw so a total of £103 pppw which is a good price, there is outside space and parking too. the people in the house like gaming, having film nights as well as going out to the pub, the house is on a nice street along one of the main roads in Hyde park as well as only a 10 minute walk to the station so if you need to get to university, its the perfect place, they are clean and you should get on really well with all of them as they are nice. if there is a tenancy transfer fee I would be willing to pay it.
