We moved into the house at the start of December.

The house is on a new-ish development on a quiet cul-de-sac.

Goose Eye is a peaceful, leafy village that's a 5 minute drive to Keighley.

Bedroom 2 on the floorplan is the available room - it has built-in wardrobes, and an ensuite bathroom.

~RENT & BILLS~

The Rent + Council Tax: £400pm

Utilities, Internet, Cleaner (communal areas, fortnightly): £60pm, approximately

~DURATION~

We're currently on a 6-month contract to June 26, and we plan to stay here for at least a year.

We would prefer someone to commit to staying until June 26, although we can be flexible.

~THE HOUSE~

The house is furnished, and the bedroom is unfurnished - although it has a large built-in wardrobe.

If you need a furnished room, let us know. This may be an option.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all large appliances - large fridge & freezer, dishwasher.

~A BIT ABOUT US~

We're two friends who met initially in a shared house near Skipton.

Alex - works as a Data Analyst
Simon - works as a musician

We both take our work seriously, are as housemates are clean and respectful.
