Studio Room with En-Suite Bills included

We have a small recently refurbished self contained single studio room with en-suite in a shared house for rent in a nice quite area of town with on street parking. Keighley Town Centre is a 10 minute walk and the Railway Station is about 15 minutes walk away. There are shops near by and regular bus service into town. The room rent of £110 per week includes Heating, Hot Water, Council Tax complementary Broadband. You only pay for any Electricity you use in the room. The room has its own Shower toilet en-suite along with a Mini Kitchen, Cooker, fridge and is suitable for a single working person. There is a common area which contains a house washing machine. The room is furnished with a double bed supplied along with a wardrobe. There is ample on street parking. The tenancy is for 6 months and all that is required is 2 weeks rent in advance (£210) plus a £200 secured Bond. References will be required along with proof of income. Shorter terms may be considered .
