There is also a well equipped living room with adjoining sun room. There is plenty of room in the one acre gardens to relax with tables and chairs to various aspects. Parking is secure and plenty full. The market town of Wetherby is only less than one mile away, and there is a village pub which does lovely home cooked food within a ten minute walk. My wife and I have a small friendly dog who is no bother at all. We are looking for a professional person or couple who are clean and tidy, and would treat our home as if it was there own. It would be possible to supply breakfast and evening meals at an additional cost.
