Lodger basis, council tax and water rates are included, telephone line rental and basic calls/broadband are also included (pay for any calls outside package and heavy internet use). Contribution to gas/electric bills to be discussed. Kirkburton is a well respected area approximately 5 miles from Huddersfield and is a pleasant place to live. The property is located opposite a bus stop where there are frequent buses to Huddersfield (3 per hour during the day) with good connections to Manchester and Leeds (4 trains per hour during the day). Would suit professional/person in work.
