A good size double is available from February 2019. All bills are included and internet is provided at no extra cost.

The room is of excellent size and has a double bed, triple wardrobe and a set of drawers. There is also plenty of room should you have extra furniture you would like to bring.

The house is in a great location right near to the West End pub, Kirkstall Abbey, Kirkstall shopping Centre and a short stroll to the excellent Kirkstall Bridge. The City Centre is quickly accessed by bus or train.

You would be sharing with Hannah a 29 year old professional. Hannah works 9-5 Monday to Friday and likes to spend her weekends going on walks and taking photos. Hannah loves to visit the local for a wine ot two, and also enjoys evenings in watching films or visiting art exhibitions when she gets the chance.

Hannah has lived in the house for over a year now and hopes to find another girl to take the room. Hannah likes to come home to a tidy house and is therefore looking for someone similar.

Ideally we are looking for someone who would stay for at least 6 months but shorter let’s could possibly be negotiated.
