Nice spacious house share

A spacious double room available immediately and another available from July. There are currently a female (28) and a male (35) (live in landlord) sharing. Both are professionals, laid back and considerate housemates.

The house is actually a 5 bed but 1 bedroom is a workshop and the other a chill space. The bedroom for rent is spacious with integrated/wardrobe.
There is a utility and pantry so plenty of room for everyone's stuff. There is also a drier and dishwasher so it's easy to keep the place free of clutter. There are 2 bathrooms so no issues at rush hour.


There house is large and there is more than enough space for people to do their own thing - it would be nice to have a bit of a communal set up and have a laugh together too though.

There is plenty of scope for you to put your own stamp on the place if you like.


There's nice yard to the back complete with bbq, stove and a canopy- good for covid socialising year around. There's a communal garden to the rear too that is basically an allotment that you would have access to if you wanted.

The house is situated close to the train station, shops and amenities (google will tell you more if you ask.)


There are 3 well behaved cats currently in residence too. Only 1 of whom will remain after July.
