Double room with great storage

I have a double bedroom available in my through terrace house located between Kirkstall and Horsforth.

The house consists of 3 floors.
Ground floor is the lounge, kitchen and utility room.
First floor is the main bathroom (including a toilet, sink, bath and shower over the bath) a second toilet, and my bedroom.
Second floor & top floor has the second bedroom (which is available for rent), and an office room opposite which you are welcome to use when I am not - please note that I use the office when studying in the evenings, and working from home mainly Thursdays and Fridays, but there is a table in the lounge to work from too.

The bedroom has a double bed, bedside drawers, larger drawers, a built in double wardrobe, built in cupboard which is great for storage, and black out blinds. The bedroom also had great views of the sunset!

All bills included.

My house is a road down from Hawksworth wood which is great for a walk or run. There are also some lovely walks along the canal which is a 15 minute walk from my house.
It is a 15 minute walk to Kirkstall abbey, and a 20 minute walk to PureGym and Morrisons.
It is also a 20 minute walk to Horsforth which has some great bars and restaurants.
There is a bus route 5 minutes away which takes you to Leeds city centre or Horsforth, and Kirkstall Forge train station is 15 minute walk away (which takes 5 minutes to get into Leeds).
There is also on street parking available with no permit.

The room is available from mid April as my current housemate is moving to London. I can be flexible with the move in dates and length of the contract.

I work from Monday-friday 9-5, and usually go into the office on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

I really like doing yoga, bouldering, running, going out for dinner and drinks, and cooking, so it would be great to meet someone like-minded to join these activities!
