Conservatory (usable mostly in the summer).
On street parking.
Great bus routes to all Leeds universities and city centre.
2 train stations (Kirkstall Forge is a 15 min walk , Kirkstall is a 20 min walk)
Leeds Beckett University 20 min walk.
Headingly is close by.
3min walk to Kirkstall Abbey and cycle routes along the canal.
This is a warm and friendly family home. Would suit a student wanting a quieter Uni experience or a lecturer.
The room is only available Uni term time.

Room will be available again in September when University term starts. I will confirm dates when I know them.

Must like cats.
I use the Tenancy Deposit Scheme - TDS
Security camera and ring doorbell.
Separate garage; could store a suitcase and a bicycle.
