Room in gorgeous Victorian house with 4 others

Room available 14 April until end of tenancy in September. Move in date can be flexible. Rent is £455 (bills not included).

The room itself is on the first floor, very spacious with wardrobe, desk, bedside tables, queen size bed. The room gets lovely evening sun. The green chest of drawers pictured are not included.

Sharing with 4 other lovely housemates, split between professionals and phd student, the house operates in a communal manor and would be very much looking to continue in this way after I move out so if this isn’t something you’re interested in, it’s probably not for you.

We are looking for somebody who would be happy to be involved in communal, house dins. House dins happen each weekday eve and we will each cook once a week for the other housemates. It’s a great time to catch up about our days, there is no expectation that you need to be home every evening tho! This house is suited to somebody who wants more than just a room but a cosy, friendly and social home for the summer. We also have a little cat, so looking for someone happy with animals too :)
