I am a female, 34 years old looking for a live-in housemate to share a semi-detached house.

I have a double room available in my 2 bed property.

I work 9-5 Monday to Friday and ideally looking for a young professional or academic to share with.

I have lived in this house for a few years and really love the house and the area. My previous housemate has moved out after living here for 2 years due to finding a new job. We had a nice balance of being sociable and living well together in the house but still having independent lives and our own space when needed. I am looking for someone to share the house with on a similar basis and don't mind living with a male or female housemate.

Room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Full use of other rooms in the house including kitchen, bathroom, living room, dining room.

All bills included - Freeview TV, Broadband & utilities. Council Tax may be extra if you want to be registered to receive mail.

House is located just off Vesper Road in Kirkstall. Next to the bus stop into the city centre - 10 mins. Headingley train station is also within walking distance.
