I’m currently working as a trainee project manager. In my free time I enjoy gaming, climbing, and mountain biking. I’m tidy, respectful, and easy to get along with. Owner/landlord (47) is mostly away from home.

House has a large living room/dining room, a large kitchen with all usual amenities. An entranceway with a downstairs toilet. There is a shared bathroom upstairs with a good shower. There’s a garden at the front and a south-facing patio at the back with garden furniture. There is secure off street parking. The bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed with spacious storage underneath, wardrobe and desk space.

There’s a Co-op a 2 minute walk away. A larger Asda supermarket is a 5 minute drive away. It’s 40 minutes by public transport into Leeds. 20 minute bike ride.
