City Centre - Waterside Apartments - Own Bathroom!

I have sadly moved out of my double room in our city centre flat (Waterside Apartments, at the top of Wellington street) due to a new job and wanting to be closer to family and I'm looking for a lovely person to replace me! This room is available immediately if needed - the tenancy is looking to be renewed by 1 Aug but can be earlier as the room is now vacant!!

The current tenant is Jonny, 27, who is super chilled and clean, likes to cook and drink wine on the balcony and is a very respectful flatmate! He's looking for someone like-minded who enjoys their own space too!

The room is a good size, comes with a wardrobe, the comfiest bed ever, two bedside tables and a chest of drawers. Jonny has the ensuite so you'll essentially have the main bathroom with a bath/shower to yourself. Kitchen has a huge fridge, a washer/dryer and a dishwasher and the balcony gets lots of day time sun! The area is safe and close to the city centre - 10 min walk to uni and not far from Central Square shops and Toast!

The flat is managed by Savills and everything is set up - Now TV + broadband, council tax and bills - these come to about £120 a month each. TV license is paid until September. You can rent a parking space for £100 a month in a secure underground car park. The building is fob only access, there's 24hr security, any maintenance issues have always been sorted super promptly and the flat is beautiful and clean! You'll just need a reference check (£30) and a deposit.
