Hey so we're 2 girls living in a 3 bed house (maisonette) just looking for a third to move in at the start of September. We're both super friendly, clean and easy going, and the house is super cute - we even have an adorable little rabbit to complete it! The bedroom that's free is next to the living room on the same floor as the kitchen and one other bedroom. On the second floor are the bathroom and third bedroom. The kitchen is fairly small but has everything you might need, with the living room on the larger side and even includes a dining room table and two sofas.

The rent is £325.89 per calendar month, and bills with a third person would be £74 per calendar month (including council tax and broadband).

The house itself has pretty easy going parking outside and it's a lovely area with families and students. I've not experienced any loud neighbours or issues with anyone living nearby - there's even a family with two cats and a dog which are adorable!

The only reason we've said no to pets is because of the rabbit we have already but h'es very friendly and I'm sure you'll fall in love with him instantly!
