House is close to bus access on both kirkstall road and burley road with easy access to leeds city centre, universities and many amenities only a few mins walk away! There are cafes, supermarkets, the cinema is close by alongwith a variety of restaurants and pubs. It is also an easy walk to headingley (full of pubs ,bars and restaurants) or burley train station.
Kitchen area is fitted with a fridge (and separate freezer), washing machine , gas hob/oven combo and combination microwave and plenty of shelving and storage.
The bedroom has plenty of space with high ceiling to make your own, a double bed with mattress, shelving unit with drawers and a separate wardrobe. Available as soon as possible. no deposits needed.
