Hi,

I have a large double bedroom to rent in a spacious terraced house in Rodley.

The house is clean, spacious and recently modernised with period features. There’s a shared bathroom, comfortable lounge, kitchen/ diner with all appliances and a large fridge freezer, a large basement used for storage. There is a patio at the back perfect for summer BBQ’s and on street parking.

The property has excellent transport links into Leeds city centre and Bradford with Farsley high street a short walk away. The house is right by the canal which has a great cycle route into Leeds or for anyone who wants to join me on a weekend run.

On weekends I'm generally up cycling furniture and shopping for plants. Weekdays I am part of a running group, play badminton and also do yoga. I like nothing better than sitting down with a cuppa for a chat or junk TV and I’m looking for someone who is friendly and sociable - whether its going for a few cocktails/meal or watching trashy TV.

The house is fully furnished. The bedroom has two chest of drawers, and a double bed with storage and there is plenty of space for anything else you wish to add.

Bills; TV licence, fibre broadband, water, electricity and gas are included.
