I have a spare bedroom in my two bed house which will become available in June after my current housemate moves out. Cost to rent room is based on a Monday- Sunday let per month, including all bills! (Water, Gas + electricity, wifi, Netflix, Virgin media)
The double bedroom available has a Queen bed and a luxurious mattress (better than my own). A large chest of drawers and a built in wardrobe. The room has a privacy lock. Bedding and duvet can be provided too. The house is a corner plot with three gardens in a very quiet cul-de-sac in leafy North Leeds however so close to town headingley and roundhay. Free off street parking is available in the cul de sac right outside my house.
A local restaurant and a local shop is in walking distance and the bus stop into town is less than a 2 minute walk.
I am looking for a clean house mate, who will be respectful and who is happy to socialise too. I’m usually busy most weekends but during the week I love attending the gym, going to the cinema and watching good tv, going for walks.
