Hi I’m Corrie and I am the landlord of this 4 bed house.. I do not live at the property

Total of 4 bedrooms, 2 are currently rented. 1 bedroom is used as a communal dressing room, it has a dressing table and 3.5m of wardrobe space.

My house is 5 minutes from the M62 and M621 and 5-10 minutes drive into Leeds centre . There is also a train station and bus stop close by .

Asda is located 5 minutes from the house and there is also a retail park close by with includes Nando’s, Starbucks, cinema etc.

The house comes with sky , Netflix , very fast fiberoptic broadband and other standard bills. A cleaner is also included in the price she attends every 4 weeks (including your room)

Full furnished -
Toaster, microwave, coffee machine, dish washer and washing machine and dryer in the utility room.

There are TV’s in living room/ kitchen and bedrooms.

Kingsize room - With Hydraulic lift up bed for extra storage comes with draws and side tables, wardrobe , mirror.

The house also has a large living room, kitchen with separate utility room and dining room . There is also a down stairs office for working from home or studying if needed.

I have a garage that also you would be able to use and the full use of the garden : the garden has a gas FirePit and outside tv for the summer.

The current households consists of two females they are both young professionals, enjoy the gym, socialising and cooking.
