Room in Town House 10 mins from City Centre

The house is located on Holts Crest Way on Otter Island - a quiet cul-de-sac between the river and canal, on the edge of the city centre. Situated right beside a canal lock, you can walk into the city centre along the canal or main road in 10 minutes.

The price includes bills, council tax, broadband and a cleaner.

The room is on the ground floor. Although not strictly ensuite, there is a bathroom outside the room with a toilet and shower which would be for you (I have my own ensuite). The room is medium sized, modern and comes with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of draws. The rest of the house comprises a kitchen/sitting room area on the first floor and my bedroom and ensuite on the second floor. You can park on the road with a permit which I'll give you. There is a small garden at the front and a large public expanse of grass 20m from the house which is nice to chill on in the summer.

I am looking to share my house with someone who is tidy and respectful, of a similar age, sociable, outgoing and likes to go to the pub etc. If you speak Spanish that would be great as I am half British and half Spanish but would love to become fluent again :)
