I am looking for someone to take over the tenancy of my furnished double room ASAP, as I have had to move back home. The property is a nine bed house next to the Uni of Leeds business school/Gryphon Sports Centre, and has a huge kitchen, living room, three bathrooms (one is right next to the available room and since it’s the only room in that floor, it’s mainly yours), and a huge garden that we use for barbecues when the weather is nice. The current housemates are 8 Leeds College of Music students, so we go to gigs a lot. Also really into films, sport, food, and going to Brude to play pool. All the boys are really nice and there’s a good mixture of more outgoing and more chilled personalities. Rent is £116.60 per week including bills - if you’re interested feel free to get in touch!
