A lovely houseshare just one stop to Leeds city centre by train. The current housemates are professionals who work in Leeds. The house offers great value for money and is of a very high quality.
If you have a car, there are good motorway links to Wakefield, Doncaster, Pontefract with free permit parking outside the house.
The house is located in a lovely residential area. It is very quiet and peaceful.
The rent for the houseshare includes all bills - superfast fibre optic wifi, council tax and all utilities. We also have a cleaner who visits every few weeks. I am a local landlord, not an agent. There are no hidden costs.
The house is beautiful, newly decorated with brand new furniture, mattresses, carpets and newly decorated. All crockery, pots, pans are included – feel free to bring your own – but if you don’t, there is everything you need already in the house.
There is a beautiful lounge to share with large screen tv on the wall, HDMI plug direct to tv (for Netflix binges!!), leather sofas, dining area and extra storage.
The kitchen is lovely, brand new, modern and fully equipped with pots, pans, crockery, glasses - everything you need.
There is also a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. You don’t even need to hang your clothes out to dry!
There are t. v points located in all bedrooms if you want to bring your own TV.
We are looking for one working person to share - single occupancy only with no pets.
