Cozy room near train station and center

Moving out due to starting my masters in another city! My flatmate, Gabi, who is the one you gonna stay with is a 27 yo professional who is clean and social and she really enjoys baking. She also likes going out and watching Netflix. Most probably she is going to be the one showing you the house as I am usually coming back home late so you ll get to meet her!

The house is in a convenient location, 5-10mins from the train station, depending on pace and there are bus stops near both exits. There is at least 1 gym around as well, not sure if more.

The room is fairly small but will come fully equipped, not with the furniture you see now but with the furniture in the last photo. The living room and kitchen are big and lighty! There is a washing machine, a dish washer!, microwave and the fridge is quite big (not the half ones). The sofa is very comfortable and Gabi has brought her TV. Also when the weather allows you can see really nice sunsets from onethe side of the balcony 😍 gonna miss that. (the other side is not that great 😂, the sunsets make up for it)

The contract is with an agency, so when we talk I can explain the process of contract take over, really simple.

Lastly, I am quite flexible with moving dates after the 13th of September and preferably before the 20th. For another date we will have to discuss a bit further.
