Hello there,

Here's something a bit different.. We are renting out the top floor of our Victorian house. Basically, it's a self-contained, one bedroom flat.

It has:
A spacious double bedroom with loads of storage
A private bathroom with shower, toilet and sink
A separate kitchen, dining and living area with a washing machine
Very fast broadband

The flat is full of character, recently renovated and features a hand-built kitchen. There is gorgeous light on both sides. It is fully furnished and well insulated.

All bills are included.

We are Chris & Emlyn. We live on the ground and middle floor. Chris works from home 3 days a week and has a dedicated treatment room on the ground floor. Emlyn is currently working from home 4 days a week.

We are looking for someone tidy and respectful. The flat has had a lot of love put into it, and we want someone who will look after it.

Our current lodger is moving to Sweden in August. You are very welcome to come and have a chat and look around.

A cat-owner would be a bonus =)
