Room for rent

Im looking for a friendly, clean and like minded housemate to share my home. Sadly my old housemate lost her job during COVID so I am looking for someone to take her room

About my home:

I live in a 3 bedroom house with 2 full bathrooms and one downstairs loo. The room for rent takes up the entire top floor, it is fully furnished and has an en-suite bathroom and walk in wardrobe.

There is a lovely shared living room with large ultra HD TV, and modern kitchen-dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a built in fridge-freezer, washer-dryer, dishwasher, microwave and a gas stove. I also have an espresso machine that you'd be welcome to use if you're also a coffee lover.

There is a small garden which I have been working on in lockdown and a lovely seating area at the top, fitted with a firepit and bbq which I love to use at any opportunity.

The house is about 10 minutes drive from the city centre and has great links to the motorways for those travelling further afar.
Parking is available on site.

The tenancy is negotiable; if you wanted to have a Monday-Friday let or other options id be happy to discuss various options.

About me:
I am looking for a friendly female housemate who is more of a friend than a tenant. I am a clean, easy going, hard working person with passions for sport, brunching, hiking, exploring new restaurants, bars and I’m always up for a cosy night in with a bottle of something.
