Hello,

My room has now become available in the Greenhouse eco building in Hunslet at the bottom of Beeston Hill in Leeds.

I'll be looking to leave with the new tenant taking my place along with the other 2 tenants.

This room details:
- Double Room with Ensuite
- Walk-in shower, toilet, sink
- Furnished with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and 2 bedside cabinets
- Bills included (Water, Electric, Council Tax)

The Flat:
- Large shared living and dining area.
- Electric Hob and Oven
- Washing Machine
- Shared bills. It's an eco building and bills run cheaper than other properties
- Free internet in the flat however it's not that good and other tenants have decided to take another provider which is £45 between the 3 tenants). The new provider is not included in the price given.
- On site Gym
- Secure Parking (This is extra and arranged through the agent)

The Details:
- Room is £380 per month
- This works out as £330 rent PCM that is paid directly to the letting agent.
- £50 is paid to one of the tenants who pays the bills on behalf of everyone
- 6 Month minimum tenancy
- New tenant would have to enter into a 6 month short hold with the other 2 tenants.
