I'm having a room to rent in Great Location (LS3) with free parking space and walk-able distance to Hyde Park, Leeds Uni & City Center !!
I'm an easy-going professional, with big hunger to travel. I love art and MUSIC is life therefore I am looking for Housemate who can Life with creation :)
I am quite a busy bee so most of times You will feel like a King/Queen in a Castle.
House is fully furnished - washing machine, gas cooker, microwave.
Your room has lovely gas heater, double bed, working desk, 2 fancy chairs, shelves etc.
I would say, rather basic, but hey! more space for personal staff and modification.
Talking about rent, please mind, that all expenses are shared between me and You;
(**I am happy to consider a couple, but in this case. let's meet up first..)
Rent+water+cuncil tax+ Wi-Fi + gas+electric - we will discuss details in person, however £380pm is the lowest I can estimate where living in 2.
Also, I would ask time to time for chip-in for essential cleaning products and toilet rolls as those are not provided ;)
For me atmosphere is the most important thing. I want You to feel like Home, so if anything bothers - please, say.
