Fantastic double attic room £475pm (INC Bills)

Hey there,

We have a great double attic room that has just come available ready for the 1st of October.

The house is clean, tidy and only 10mins from Leeds city centre. There is always room for on street parking just outside the house if you need it as it is a 'no through' street... i. e it's nice and quiet due to road being blocked to traffic half way.

It's a 4 bed house and you will be sharing with 3 others; Tara who is studying for her law qualifications, Matt who is a singer songwriter and Darren (myself) who works at a climbing centre.

Animals may be welcome upon request, no dogs but someone with a singke cat would be most welcome :).

Also there is a home bouldering wall in the front room so great for anyone who is into climbing.

All professionals so nice and quiet (no parties here as we have all grown out of that sorry - but feel free to bring friends round for dinner), more a chilled place to relax and watch films etc.

All rooms have broadband internet access and come fully furnished.

The room available is a huge fully furnished bright attic room that comes with it's own raised seating area.

The rent is just £475 a month (This includes ALL bills, gas, electric, 100mb Fibre optic internet, Sky TV, council tax and water rates) £250 Deposit... private owner so no rediculous fees to pay the agents!

We are looking for a easy going tidy female professional/mature student (to balance the house, 2 guys 2 girls works well we find).
