Double Room in modern home in Leeds

Hi my name is Alessia! I’m looking for a friendly housemate to share with from the end of September.

The house is a modern build with big back garden and private driveway. It’s split on three levels and you essentially get a floor to yourself with your own bathroom. The bedroom is a large double with a fully accessorised 3-door wardrobe.
Large living room and kitchen on the ground floor and an additional study and guest room on the middle floor.

The house is about a 8 min drive to the city centre and about 20 by bus with 2 main bus routes that run every 10 minutes. Roundhay Park is a 10 min walk away. Several shops nearby.

I live with a big fluffy dog, he’s very friendly and extremely well looked after. Won’t be a bother to you but may occasionally beg for treats.

I’m friendly and easy going and would love to find someone to share with and ideally befriend! I work in healthcare, usually Mon-Fri however currently smart working most days for the foreseeable. I'm into the usual things: yoga, movies, coffee, drinks, walks,... you know the drill!

The room is occupied at the moment but can be viewed. I’m happy to send more pictures and give more info to those interested. We can set up a FaceTime/Skype call to meet each other and can also give you a virtual tour of the place.
