1 Double room available in this lovely 4 bed semi. 30 min walk to city centre, 10 min cycle or a bus every 10 mins.
Few mins walk to several lovely parks and the very lush Gledhow valley woods.
The house has a warm homely feel. Would suit professionals wanting a safe secure home to energise and recharge from.
Each room is well appointed and the shared rooms are spacious and well equipped. There is a lovely private garden for outdoor fires and bbq’s.
There is also a 2nd toilet in the house so no queue for the loo!
The current household is queer friendly and consists of 2 women and a non binary person, all fun, jolly, chilled and self contained, they like a chat, are honest friendly and easy to get along with and respectful of other peoples space.
I’m the owner and occupy the basement part of the time which is converted to a self contained flat with separate entrance.
I’d like to re- fill the house with lovely people who can flourish and enjoy the place!
We have a gorgeous shared cat we all take care of n if you love him, he will love you. Nb no smelly litter tray he goes out a lot.
