I am looking for a 3rd flatmate to take over my tenancy in a spacious city centre flat. Located in the newly developed Clarendon Quarter, on St John's Road, around 10 minutes walk from the city centre and 5 minutes from Leeds General Infirmary.
The room available is spacious with a large double bed and loads of storage, you will also have a shared bathroom with bath and large kitchen/living area. We have wi-fi and Virgin TV.
The complex of Clarendon Quarter has secure key access throughout, a complimentary gym, communal social areas and a spacious rooftop terrace.
The rent is £450 per month plus £47 council tax. Electricity, water, wifi and tv is on average around £50 per month. There is also parking spaces available to purchase for between £50 and £80 per month. There is also a £650 security deposit.
I am looking for someone to move in as soon as possible.
