The house is over 3 floors, nicely furnished and decorated with a Juliet balcony & spacious garden with a BBQ. It's in a great location, on a riverside development and a 20 minute walk to Leeds along the river past Leeds Dock. Parking space on the drive and plenty of space to park within the estate.

You’ll be living with 2 other housemates including me. I run a digital marketing agency. The other housemate is Chase who works for a food retail company.

Both very chilled housemates, but clean and respectful. We both work a lot but also into fitness, travel, anything outdoors, both enjoy a few drinks out or chilling at home, cooking, Netflix etc.

There is lots of working space throughout the house. We both work away quite regularly but when we're here we both work from home at least a couple of days a week or in cafes etc.

Also important to mention that I have a dog, the worlds friendliest cockapoo called Buddy🐶. He doesn't smell or shed any fur, he loves walks and hates pigeons.
