Ideal lockdown location too with plenty of nature walking routes and pleasant area to exercise right on your doorstep. Close to local amenities with Sainsbury's and two Co-Op supermarkets next to us on Street Lane and Lidl, Aldi, Tesco and Home Bargains all within walking distance. You’ll be living with a great mate of mine who has been the perfect housemate whilst I’ve been here. Very tidy, very considerate, keeps to himself and is a great laugh.

In terms of contract, we are friends with the landlord who is keen to offer us flexibility on all terms as required. The landlord is also happy for you to sublet off my housemate meaning you could move in without any paperwork.
