Hi, I am looking for someone to replace my tenancy at Concept Place accommodation in Leeds. The details of the property are as follows:

1) The flat is fully furnished and comes with a common living area and a kitchen. The room is an en-suite. The flat has a total of 6 rooms and there are four tenants currently living in the property.

2) The facilities provided are bike storage, laundry room, vending machine, common area, communal space study space, an outdoor courtyard and also a photocopying/printing machine.

3) The property is located close to the Leeds City Centre ( approximately 0.7 miles from the property) and also to the University of Leeds.

4) The rent is £139 per week and all the bills such as water, wi-fi, gas, electricity, heating and contents insurance are all included in the rent. There is no security deposit needed to pay and there are no extra charges.

5) The room is available from January 8, 2021 and the tenancy period lasts till September 3, 2021. If interested, contact me.
