Luxury 1 Bedroom Flat

Hi,

I am a Master student at the University of Leeds and because of the situation of corona virus, I have to move away from the area so need someone to take over my tenancy with the availability to extend further.

It is a luxury 1 bedroom flat near to the City centre, University of Leeds and train station. This flat is stylishly fitted and it is full furnished with large bedroom that comes with plenty of storage, bedside table, a brand new bed and mattress and 1 big sofa and large area to be able to decorate how you want.

The kitchen is again large and has nice fittings, comes with big fridge freezer and washing machine! The bathroom is amazing and really well designed, large bath and great shower.

If you can't tell I've really enjoyed my time in this apartment and gutted to be leaving however I have to move away. My tenancy which would be taken over ends 31st August 2021, however, the flat has not been taken from August 2021 onwards yet so you can extend the tenancy if you are wanting to. Ive been living here as a single professional and it's been fine.
