The 29m2 room on the top floor of the house comes furnished with a double bed and brand new high quality mattress, wardrobe, a sofa and TV area, and a desk and office chair. In winter, this is the warmest room in the house! The newly refurbished en-suite bathroom includes a well-pressured shower, basin, toilet and storage unit. Bedding and towels included if required.

THE FAMILY
We are a family of 3 (a couple and our toddler) who use the middle floor of the house. We are both professionals working in the public sector and our little one attends nursery. We look forward to welcoming you into our home.

LEASE PERIOD
The room is available for flexible or short term periods, with a part-time lease negotiable. We are flexible so please tell us your ideal situation and we can see how best to accommodate you! The room is currently available from 1 Feb to 30 June 22.
