Hey!
My name is Ellie, I'm 23 years old and work as a nurse in Leeds city centre. I currently rent a two bedded house on the outskirts of Leeds and are searching for someone to rent the attic bedroom from the end of February 2022.
I have lived in the house for the past year, therefore all rooms excluding the attic room are fully furnished. The room is a spacious, unfurnished, attic room with an en-suite bathroom. The house is a victorian style town house and spreads over four floors with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a very small, paved and gated garden and on street parking available.
Those who are interested will also have the pleasure of meeting my 6 year old dog Martha, who is very lively and can be very bouncy at times. I work a range of nights and long day shifts, therefore I may need someone who is happy to let Martha into the garden once in a while.
Please let me know if you have any other questions!
