Double Room + 4 Piece En-Suite 10 Min from Station

Hi all, I'm Joe (28 They/He) and I'm looking for a new flatmate, to replace my current on the lease, from September/October. It's a 2 bedroom apartment less than 10 minutes walk from Leeds Train Station.

The space/room is furnished with an included 4-piece ensuite. The apartment is located on the 8th floor, there's a large balcony space for plants and socialising, with a great view over the city.

You can paint the walls as you like, and small pets would be welcome (Gerbils etc).

Otherwise, there's an On-Site Gym/Fitness Class with Community Events, Built-in 250MB/s Wifi, On-Site Parking for an additional cost and a 24/7 Concierge & Mail Room.

I work from home in the tech sector, but I often spent a lot of my time out of the house in the evenings, so you'd have plenty of time to yourself. I'm a big climber, gamer (both tabletop and videogames), getting into being a plant dad, and I'm big into politics, social causes and my music. I'm looking for someone to share the space with - I'm very sociable and enjoy that dynamic.

Ideally looking for someone 23 - 35 ish, working professional or Postgrad student & Non-Smoker, for a medium-term tenancy till at least September 2024, if not longer. I like to keep the shared space tidy, but I'm not fastidious. I, unfortunately, cannot host those with dogs or cats. Beyond that, I'm reasonably flexible.

Costs wise, rent for the space is £1205, split between two. Therefore as this is the master bedroom, with a dedicated 4-piece en-suite and a larger wardrobe, I've priced this at 55% overall.

Bills work out to around £150 approximately each per month, mostly due to energy bills and council tax (Band D). Parking is available at £100 a month for a secure underground space.
