It is near the Morrisons Supermarket Store in Leeds 8.. About a 15 to 20 minute bus ride to the City centre.

* Strictly NO SMOKERS.
* No Noisy Party goers, or loud music.
* Prefer Single Occupancy.

**Included in the price are, Water bill, kitchens hot water, broadband and other things can be discussed.
**You only pay for your Electric use
via an online Topup meter. (The average cost per week in 2023 was £5.30 during summer. .. But this will depend on how much time you spend at work and at home)
