Large furnished double room, en-suite & parking

Sadly my current housemate is relocating for work and I have have a large double bedroom and bathroom available in my first home.

The house is on 3 floors with an external garage and an allocated parking spot. There is also visitor parking and plenty of on-street parking. The ground floor comprises of a kitchen-diner and living room. The kitchen is fitted with a dishwasher and washing machine, and the living room features French doors which open to a south facing garden. On the first floor is the available double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower bath. There is also a 3rd bedroom which is empty for guests.

The house is an excellent location for commuting around Leeds, the hospitals, plus Bradford and Wakefield. There are frequent bus connections into Leeds city centre (approx 20 min commute) and St James’ hospital.

I’m a Pharmacist in the NHS and have lived in house-shares for 10 years before buying - so I have plenty of experience of sharing with others! My shifts are fairly standard days and I’ll be home in the evenings if not at the gym, seeing friends or at my boyfriend’s house. I enjoy a night in with a takeaway and glass of wine, as well as going out in Leeds.

My previous housemate lived with me as a Monday-Friday let for a reduced rate. Happy to look into this again if required.
